Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly through the Dog & Bond website.

Change-of-mind returns

You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

For food, treat mixes, ice cream mixes, cake mixes, supplements, and other consumable products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are not received.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving proof that it has been sent back.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check it.

Retailer purchases

If you bought a Dog & Bond product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly. Their own returns policy will apply.
